The Beginning
NMT VisionWorks was founded with a clear purpose — to create a home for artists of exceptional talent and to produce live experiences worthy of that talent. We began not as a business, but as a belief: that Sri Lanka deserved a world-class entertainment company, and that the artists emerging from this region deserved world-class representation.
From our first intimate acoustic evening to our landmark concert productions, every project has been guided by the same obsessive standard. We do not cut corners. We do not settle for adequate. We build experiences that people carry with them long after the lights go down.

Founder & Executive Producer
Namal founded NMT VisionWorks with a vision to elevate live entertainment in Sri Lanka to international standards. With over a decade of experience in event production and artist management, he oversees every major production from concept to curtain call.
Creative Director
Mihiri leads the creative vision for all NMT productions — from stage design and lighting architecture to the overall aesthetic identity of each event. Her background spans theatre, fashion, and visual arts.
Head of Talent & Partnerships
Ruwantha manages NMT's artist relationships and corporate partnerships. He works directly with represented artists on their career strategy and connects brands with the right performance experiences.
